A Financial Manager / HR person is required to join a growing firm based in Bryantson.



R33,000 p/m





Computer Literacy:

- Pastel Evolution


- Pastel Payroll

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)


Financial Manager

- Complete all required financial accounting procedures, for example payroll journals, accruals, pre payments to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with required procedures.

- Prepare and review Management Accounts for monthly reporting

- Full set of accounts for 3 companies

- Intercompany loans

- Costing of all stock invoices

- Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations

- Calculation of vat returns, for all 3 companies

- Control of Creditor’s, Debtors, Cashbook, and General ledger

- Authorising Creditor’s payments

- Internet banking transfer and payments

- Oversee Debtors clerk Reversals and Credit notes

- Liaise and assist external auditors to complete and maintain the full accounting function

- Annual returns and CIPC searches

- Liaise with SARS

- Compilation of BEE Data

- Approve Credit Applications for Finance leases

- Run monthly debit orders for in-house finance deals

- Raise invoices to current tenants

- Draw up Lease agreements for new tenants

- Liaise with tenants regarding queries



- Maintain and update payroll with regards to all terminations, appointments, queries

- Process monthly payroll

- Staff Appointments in financial department, leave approvals

- Staff counselling, warnings, disciplinarians’

- Calculate monthly commission payments.

- Create & run various payroll reports

- Complete IRP 5`s

- Submission of PAYE, UIF, SDL to SARS Efiling

- Draw up Employment contracts, termination, and warning letters
