Admin / HR Position – Randburg
An experienced female with good people skills, 30 or older, required to work for a medium sized construction company.
Salary: R14,000 p/m
Location: Randburg
Requirements:
1. Good numerical skills for the drafting of quotes and contracts
2. Sub-trades management – queries, filing claims and invoices, recons, payments, etc.
3. Wages and salaries
- Be able to capture wages and salaries on Pastel Payroll and do UIF submission, extract reports, etc.
4. A knowledge of Quick Books will be an advantage
5. Be able to do the BBEEE submissions to obtain certificate
6. HR duties comprising the following:
- Registering and de-registering employees with UIF
- Registering and de-registering with provident fund
- Disciplinary warning letters
- Assist in setting up disciplinary hearings
- Submission of necessary documentations for Injuries on Duty
7. SARS E-filing submission for VAT and PAYE
8. General Office Skills:
- Typing – general and quotes
- Telephone, scanning and faxing
- Filing - contract documents and drawings / plans
9. Any other specific administration duties where applicable or needed
